Mindfulness leads to Secrets, Success and Unstoppable Heights
Understanding who you are is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Mindfulness is one of the power tools that allow you to open up and understand who you are.
It’s true, and it’s at your fingertips!
We all have the ability to be mindful, but it takes work. It is similar to going to the gym, learning to cook, or completing a course. The more dedicated you are, and the more you work at it, the better you will become. To receive all the benefits that mindfulness offers, it requires habitual practice. The more you do it, the more you will sink into the stillness of your SOUL.
The active mind will constantly try to fill the empty silence with to-do lists, regrets, conversations on replay and anything else that distracts and engages you. As you begin, be gentle with yourself as any form of mindfulness offers benefits – even if you practice for 5 mins a day. As your mind wanders, give yourself permission to return to the stillness over and over again. We are human, and we have a lot of emotions.
Instead of trying to control your emotion, park it while you practice and return to it once you are finished. Over time the wondering will settle, and the messages from deep within will begin to surface in magical ways.
Mindfulness and its Abundance of Gifts
Mindfulness is embracing whatever it is you feel in that moment without judgement. Becoming mindful will help to establish a deeper consciousness of everyday occurrences. Take your hand for example – take a moment to focus your energy on your hand and the wonderful instrument that it is. All that it can do and be and all that it allows you to do.
Look at it slowly and thoughtfully – don’t rush or pass judgment. Accept and embrace it for what it is. Appreciating the beauty in everyday things will raise your connection to the planet, Mother Nature, and the incredible being that YOU are.

Mindfulness teaches you don’t have to be anything more than you are. You are everything you need to be right here and now. Being who you are in any given moment, complete and beautiful, gives you the freedom to see and hear your inner desires and intuitive thoughts.
When you practice mindfulness, you begin to raise your energy vibration. Brilliant, right? Raising your vibration raises your intuitive ability allowing the universe to speak to you directly or through signs. It is your job to pay attention and take it all in.
Having a high vibration elicits a high response from the universe. You unlock your connection and become able to learn about yourself and respond to the gifts that you have.
