The mind is an incredible machine capable of understanding and creating complex patterns and habits. By cultivating intention and aligning with the universe, we can manifest and find solutions to the things that concern us and overcome the obstacles causing grief and pain.
Negative thoughts, feelings, and repeating cycles can lead to further pain and negativity. If left alone, it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy that can spiral out of control and affect our mental health. Therefore, we must grasp the deep resource within ourselves and recognize how our brains work from a mindset perspective.
In this blog, I’d like to put you on the path toward elevating your thoughts using a Quantum Mindset perspective, starting right from the beginning for those who are uninitiated. For those who have some knowledge, my writing here may help you understand another layer of how using a positive mindset can unleash your true self.
Beware of the imposters!
When it comes to the power of the mind and the role of a positive mindset in shaping our lives, there is a wealth of scientific evidence to support the idea that our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes profoundly impact our experiences and outcomes.
Whether it’s studies on the placebo effect or research on the benefits of positive thinking, the evidence is clear that our mindset can influence everything from physical health to relationships, career success, and overall well-being.
Because of this research, many highly qualified mindset coaches and experts ply their trade by helping people unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. These coaches draw on various tools and techniques, from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness meditation to aiding individuals to cultivate a growth mindset, overcoming limiting beliefs, and developing the skills and habits needed to thrive.
But there are always two sides to every coin, as not all practitioners are created equal. It’s important for anyone who wants to know more about mindset to be discerning when selecting a coach or expert. Some may lack the qualifications or experience to provide practical guidance, while others may use unfounded beliefs or practices. It’s safe to say not all of them are reliable.
The most crucial part is whether it works for you, though. After all, it’s your consciousness; only you should decide who positively influences your life.
Life experiences affect our mindset
I’ve had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of clients from many professions, and I can tell you one thing for sure: every mind is unique and built with different levels of power. No two people share the same life and experience, so our brains are beautifully configurated differently. This divergence causes every human being to have distinct brain patterns and frequencies.
For example, if we grew up in a painful environment, the mind would have additional frequencies entirely different from someone who grew up in a more positive environment.
Despite our differences, every human can control their mind by seeking and understanding the truth. When we acknowledge and examine our traumas, experiences, and positive and negative influences, we can identify the patterns in our minds and no longer be afraid of our thoughts.
This is crucial because people often fear their negative mindset or lack confidence without any working knowledge of the brain. As someone who has studied various modalities and learned about the mind from an esoteric and channeling perspective, I’ve seen firsthand how people can access areas of the brain to improve their existence.
My experiences have led me to the conclusion that our conscious mind does not solely control our thoughts and actions. Instead, our subconscious and superconscious also play a role in shaping our experiences. The energy within our higher minds, consciousness, and souls can influence our thoughts and how we navigate our lives. Our conscious mind then expresses and explains these feelings and sensations from different parts of our brain.
Subconsciousness and its effect on our mindset
Your subconscious mind collects and organizes data throughout your life, so you don’t have to consciously think everything through.
When you get up in the morning, you don’t have actually consider putting on your clothes, eating breakfast, or brushing your teeth because your subconscious does it for you. Based on past choices, your subconscious mind creates a pattern and automates parts of your life. Much of what the subconscious mind does is valuable because it would take a lot of mental real estate to do everything consciously!
However, the subconscious mind also holds pain and things that you lock away that are too difficult to deal with, such as feelings, thoughts about yourself, unresolved trauma, and hurtful memories. If you’ve not healed yourself or challenged yourself to meet these issues head-on, your subconscious mind will intermittently remind you and filter those thoughts into your conscious mind. Alternatively, If you can tackle your hardships, your brain will change. Your subconscious will create a new pattern.
I’ve found that positive affirmations and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping can work because they activate the body’s energy meridians and promote healing by reducing stress, anxiety, and negative emotions. Whatever methods you use (and there are many), you must own your pain and take responsibility for how you feel about yourself.
Negative thought patterns in your subconscious can be complicated to rearrange—no question about it. However, recognizing that these patterns are messages from yourself to say that something isn’t working inside gives you the power to welcome new energy and completely change!
Super-consciousness and its effect on our mindset
Everyone has a superconscious state connected to the universe that represents their highest potential self. So, we often forget that we’re bound to nature, which can heighten feelings of pain and anguish.
If you’re open to it, your higher self reminds you of your potential and drops ideas and thoughts into your conscious mind to help you develop and transform yourself. Of course, you need to be willing to accept these messages, which some people find unnerving and challenging to grasp.
You can activate this superconscious mind through various modalities, such as astrology, numerology, self-awareness, and transcendence. These tools are decisive in helping you understand your personal formula and how to operate authentically. By focusing on your mindset and upgrading yourself through it, you can completely change your energetic dynamics and how you view yourself and the world around you.
If you set the intention to find out about who you really are, your subconscious will hear that and start looking for it, and your superconscious mind will pull towards you the right people and ideas to help you on your journey.
Summing it up
You can switch things around by understanding your superconscious and subconscious mind and using your conscious mind to open up to a deeper and higher level of acceptance! Elevate yourself beyond your traumas, be open to alternative modalities, and get the help you need.
Remember, rearranging your thoughts can be frightening. Almost all of my clients can attest to that! But when you’re ready, the potential for greater happiness and a positive mindset, more often than not, is massive. If you’re struggling to create this reality for yourself, I hope this blog gave you some new insight. If you would like to go a step further, consider reaching out to me for a consultation call. I would love to discuss how I can help you tap into your subconscious and superconscious mind so you can make conscious decisions about your future and what you want to achieve.
